IGNOU MSW Journal field work

Sir,

I am the student of MSW (master of social work) IGNOU under Regional center darbhanga (code 46) study center code 0504. I completed my final written exam. But due to counselor is not appointed, my project work and journal work is pending. Please help me  in my Journal work.
